AlphaSights Design System (ADS)

From 2022-2026, I was the primary contributor and maintainer for AlphaSights’ new design system. I worked closely with designers and product managers to build a brand new component and token library, while also making key decisions about what frontend tools and architectural approaches we would use across the company. Previously, there was a lack of standardization across teams. My development of ADS contributed significantly to an accelerated pace of development at AlphaSights. I exercised ownership over all aspects of the project, from implementation to support and bi-monthly releases.
